1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Lemon Agency ("we," "our," or "us"), located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Lemon Agency provides video production, marketing, and related creative services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
Provide necessary materials, access, and approvals
Pay all fees according to the agreed payment terms
Obtain necessary permissions for locations, talent, and music

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement:

A deposit may be required before work begins
Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month
Services may be suspended for overdue accounts

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose. Lemon Agency retains the right to:

Use completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials
Retain all raw footage, source files, and working documents
Reuse stock footage, music, and generic elements

6. Revisions and Changes

Project agreements typically include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees. Significant changes to project scope will require a new agreement.

7. Project Timeline

We strive to meet agreed timelines. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including client delays in providing feedback or materials. Timeline extensions will be communicated promptly.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Clients may cancel projects with written notice. Refunds will be calculated based on work completed:

Deposits are non-refundable after work has begun
Clients are responsible for payment of all work completed up to cancellation
Cancellation within 48 hours of scheduled production may incur full production fees

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidential nature of client information and will not disclose confidential information without permission, except as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lemon Agency's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from our services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.

13. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services (stock footage, music licensing, etc.) in our work. Clients are responsible for compliance with third-party terms and any additional licensing fees.

14. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
